May 20, 2017 · On May 20, 2017 and after 10 months of negotiations, the Universal Automotive Group S.A., which also includes Auto Plaza S.A., managed to substantially integrate the shareholding of Universal Motors. On May 3rd, 2018, the Universal Motors moved into a new 188370 sq ft building, one of the largest exhibition halls in the Caribbean.
